Job summary

The Bonadio Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our Dallas, Texas office. You will deliver deskside and telephone support to users, handling hardware and software issues and collaborating with the IT team in a fast-paced environment.

This is an on-site role based in Dallas. Key responsibilities include incident handling through ServiceNow, asset management, and supporting Microsoft 365, InTune, and Windows 11 across devices.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in information technology or equivalent.
• Help desk certification (ITIL, HDI) or help desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain technical information clearly.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and have full mobility.
• Ability to start promptly at 8:00 a.m. CDT.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance via ServiceNow, phone, email, and in-person for end users.
• Support hardware and software issues both remotely and on-site.
• Track and manage work using call tracking software.
• Install, configure, and set up computers, peripherals, and equipment.
• Support mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android) and manage inventory.
