Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to handle incoming support calls and emailed tickets in a Citrix-based environment at our Texas Service Center in Dallas.

You will deliver strong customer service while meeting performance standards. The role covers troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and core apps like PointClickCare, Net Health, and Workday, including account creation and password resets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting computer equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Citrix fundamentals, Exchange and Active Directory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work one federal holiday per year.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot remote desktops, laptops, printers and other hardware peripherals.
• Assist users with email, data and productivity applications within a Citrix environment.
• Create accounts and reset passwords for key apps, including PointClickCare, Net Health, and Workday.
• Assist with other IT support responsibilities as needed.
