Job summary

You will work closely with a team to troubleshoot issues, perform hardware maintenance, and provide user training on essential tools like Windows 10, Office applications, and network resources. Travel to job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Android environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and MDM solutions (Airwatch or Intune).

Responsibilities

• Install and configure workstations, notebooks, tablets, copiers, printers, and phones; manage IT assets and audits.
• Provide help desk assistance; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Troubleshoot PC and component-level hardware and perform basic repairs.
• Provide initial user training on logins, network drives, printers, and software.
• Travel to job sites and remote offices as needed; company provides vehicle for business travel.
