Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional IT Help Desk experience in a company with 100+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, computer hardware, and Apple/Mac products.

Responsibilities

• Configure workstations, peripherals, routers, and printers.
• Install, manage, and support VoIP systems and company mobile devices.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs of computer hardware.
• Support network operations for operational systems and warehouse setups.
• Manage IT inventory, order parts, and track costs.
• Install/configure software and systems per company standards.
• Develop and maintain local area networks for security and performance.
• Ensure data privacy and network security protocols.
• Provide end-user training for new systems and software.
