Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an IT Field Services Technician in Alpharetta, GA to deliver white-glove on-site and remote support. The role supports 6000+ employees nationwide in a virtual desktop environment and involves hardware installation, troubleshooting, and regional inventory management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT service delivery, experience with Office 365 and AD, and familiarity with ServiceNow, VMware, and Salesforce. A full-time, in-office role with vehicle required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT Service Desk or on-site support role.
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Basic networking knowledge and VPN usage.
• Familiarity with remote access technologies and ticketing systems.
• Preferred exposure to ServiceNow, Salesforce and VMware.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly on-site support to users in the Alpharetta region.
• Create, monitor, and close tickets in ServiceNow within SLA.
• Respond to and resolve escalated tickets from Service Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain stock of IT hardware and support regional inventory.
• Build relationships with local leadership to improve daily workflows.
