Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an IT Field Services Technician in St. Louis, MO to deliver on-site and remote support for 6,000+ employees nationwide. The role involves maintaining and configuring IT hardware in the region, and performing routine to moderately complex troubleshooting in a virtual desktop environment.

The position is full-time and in-office, requiring a vehicle and insured transportation. You will manage stock, collaborate with leadership, and ensure tickets are resolved within SLA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT Service Desk role.
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory Services.
• Basic networking concepts and cabling.
• Experience with remote access technologies (VPN, terminal services, published apps).
• Preferred experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and VMware.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional on-site IT support to users in the St. Louis region.
• Create, monitor, track, schedule, update and close tickets within ServiceNow within SLA.
• Respond to and resolve tickets escalated from the Service Delivery teams to Field Services.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues as necessary.
• Maintain, organize, and order stock of IT hardware within their region.
• Establish and build relationships with local leadership and staff to improve daily workflow.
