Zusammenfassung

White Cap is seeking an IT professional to ensure the performance and reliability of distribution center hardware and software. You will resolve moderately complex issues escalated by junior technicians and perform on-site and field engineering tasks.

You will serve as the primary IT contact for distribution center associates in the Atlanta region, collaborate with corporate IT on networking, telephony, and upgrades, and support computer systems and peripherals.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2–5 years of experience in IT/support.
• On-site role with potential remote support across locations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary IT contact for distribution center associates in the region.
• Partner with corporate IT on-site for networking, telephony, and hardware/software upgrades.
• Provide escalated computer support for inventory, shipping, and delivery operations.
• Test and upgrade hardware and software including computers, printers, handhelds, and phones.
• Set up computers and install applications.
• Provide technical support and diagnose hardware/software issues escalated by lower level technicians.
• Record work in the ticket system to track metrics per site.
