Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer Technician in Atlanta, GA to provide comprehensive on-site field engineering support for a base of large clients. The role requires ownership of all on-site service activities and execution of advanced maintenance, including low-complexity installations.

You will offer technical feedback to improve services, resolve issues using advanced tools, and support teammates with expertise. Strong communication will help improve customer satisfaction and service metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• May require technical certification or Associate Degree.
• Generally, 2-4 years' experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides full range of Field Engineering support for assigned base of large/complex clients.
• Owns on-site service activity from start to finish.
• Performs advanced-level maintenance on products, including low-complexity installations.
• Provides technical feedback to improve service delivery.
• Uses advanced tools to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
• Identifies and resolves systemic issues within the team.
• Supports team members with technical assistance and expertise.
• Contributes to improved client services metrics reporting and documentation.
• Monitors issues and informs management with improvement recommendations.
