Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to support its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on client products and handle service calls with clear communication and strong customer service.

Role may involve moderate troubleshooting and decision-making per guidelines, with opportunities to guide colleagues as needed. The position emphasizes on-site client visits, basic repair work, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
