Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in the Boston area. The role focuses on hardware break-fix services at client sites, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, service calls, and asset control.

The Field Specialist reports to the Territory Supervisor and works under established guidelines. Candidates must have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a technical certification, and a valid driver’s license; you should be able to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Must own a basic repair toolkit.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
