Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in the United States. You will perform hardware‑focused, break‑fix services on client products and communicate effectively during service calls.

The role requires troubleshooting and the ability to make decisions based on guidelines. The position requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, technical school certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and repair of designated hardware are involved.
• Ability to follow through on service calls and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break‑fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues
