Gr8ttek, LLC seeks a Field Specialist to join the Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused break fix services on client products and troubleshoot to align with company guidelines.

You may travel to client locations and handle service calls with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include performing repairs, documenting work, managing assets, and potentially guiding colleagues.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
