Zusammenfassung

Gr88tek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves hardware break-fix services on client products and may require troubleshooting and decision-making per guidelines.

You'll drive to client locations with a basic repair toolkit, lift equipment up to 50 lbs, and maintain service call documentation. Dell/Lenovo certification training is provided; driver’s license required.

Qualifikationen

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant field experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
