Job summary

valeonetworks is seeking an on-site technical support professional to join our team in the Phoenix area. You will install servers, configure firewalls, and troubleshoot end-user issues while maintaining detailed documentation and strong customer service.

This role requires 3-5 years in tech support, solid Windows troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel to client sites. Candidate should be comfortable with on-site visits, problem-solving, and escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

3-5 years in the technical support field or IT industry.
Strong Windows troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with servers and network devices is a plus.
Experience with printers and local/network issues is desirable.
Experience with remote access and VPN troubleshooting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support at client locations in Phoenix, including server and firewall installations.
Troubleshoot end-user tickets, diagnose issues, and document resolutions.
Prioritize tickets, ensure timely updates, and escalate where necessary.
Maintain thorough documentation and communicate with customers professionally.
