Strategic Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Reno, NV. This 3-month contract-to-hire role performs maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, laptops, servers, and printers at client sites.

Local travel and on-site support are required, with shifts Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and on-call responsibilities. Ideal candidates have basic hardware/network knowledge, strong administrative and organizational skills, and should obtain an A+ certification within 6 months of

• Must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server and network.
• Good admin and organizational skills are required.
• A+ certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to client locations to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers and printers.
• Work under general supervision and meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Local travel required; driver’s license and reliable vehicle needed.
