Job summary

Cloud 10 MSP is seeking a Level 2 IT Technician local to Reno, NV, to provide end-to-end technical support for a diverse client base. The role involves on-site, remote, and phone support, with a focus on maintaining secure IT infrastructure and effective incident resolution.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM workday, and compensation at $25/hr DOE. Only candidates LOCAL to Reno, NV will be considered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support experience or similar role.
• Office 365 administration and troubleshooting (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Strong networking background: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Remote Desktop, firewalls.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for offsite work.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone, email, remote access, and onsite as required.
• Troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, and common business apps on Windows and other platforms.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and client communications.
