Job summary

Terrible's Casino Carlin in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an IT Field Technician to provide onsite support across locations, including desktops, POS, networking, and gaming tech. You'll travel between sites to diagnose issues, install and configure end-user devices, support Windows and Microsoft 365, and assist with store openings, remodels, and launches.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
2–4 years in field services or desktop support.
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and end-user hardware.
Experience troubleshooting wired and wireless networks.
Experience in multi-site retail/hospitality/gaming tech preferred.
CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft certs preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and POS devices.
Travel to locations to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, deploy end-user devices and business tech solutions.
Support Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile, and business-critical software.
Install and troubleshoot POS, payment terminals, and retail tech.
Support fuel forecourt tech and card terminals.
Maintain network infrastructure including switches, APs, and firewalls.
Coordinate deployments for openings, remodels, relocations.
Document incidents and resolutions in ITSM.
Maintain asset records and lifecycle (receiving, staging, disposal).
Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
