Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will perform hardware-focused break-fix services on client products and make decisions based on guidelines.

The role requires basic to moderately complex troubleshooting. Requirements include technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience, plus the ability to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Maintain excellent customer service during service calls.
• Accept and deliver all assigned service calls.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Manage assets and inventory control and return.
• May provide guidance to colleagues as needed.
