Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused break fix services at client sites and troubleshoot to resolve issues following established guidelines.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will handle service calls, communicate effectively, and manage assets and inventory, with potential guidance duties as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
