Responsibilities

• Provide first-line computer support for IT and supported units.
• Install, configure, and update OS, applications, and communication software.
• Install and test microcomputer hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Configure printing to local/network printers and School devices.
• Test installations for start-up reliability and issue resolution.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and document requests using ticketing system.
• Manage video conference scheduling, monitoring, and calendar updates.
