Job summary

VSO Inc. in Bridgeport, West Virginia is seeking a Desktop Support specialist to join our on-site IT team supporting client workstations. You will provide break/fix of workstation software, handle IMAC tasks, image loads, asset tagging and printer/center support while ensuring reliable operations and customer satisfaction.

We value clear communication, independence when needed, and teamwork. Training is provided, and experience with ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink or Secure Disk Wipe is a plus. U.S.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Workstation Software Break Fix support.
• IMAC – PC Install, Moves, Adds and Changes.
• Image Loads for new and existing devices.
• Asset Recovery and tagging activities.
• Printer support and Client Center (Tech Bar) assistance.
• IT Service Management updates and ticket handling.
• Other desktop support duties to maintain operations and satisfaction.
