Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an iSOC Coordinator in St. Louis to manage real-time security events, verify alarms, and coordinate life safety interventions. You will handle live audio/video communication with monitored sites, de-escalate threats, and document interactions for post-incident reporting.

The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, strong communication, and teamwork within a 24/7 operations center. Training is provided and a competitive shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; place verification calls.
• Provide life safety support and clear dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed reports on responses.
