Red V Foods in Buford, GA is hiring an Inventory Specialist to own inventory accuracy across warehouses and 3PLs, reconciling against Infor LN, and driving root-cause fixes.

You will run cycle counts, manage inter-warehouse stock movements, and serve as the primary contact for inventory control, coordinating with Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.

This full-time on-site role offers growth into leadership as we scale, with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in inventory control or related role.
• Hands-on cycle counting, physical inventories and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of ERP or WMS transactions and lot/location controls.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables for reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented with ability to drive root-cause and resolution.
• Clear cross-department communication and coordination across locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Own inventory accuracy across warehouses and 3PLs; reconcile counts and prep adjustments.
• Maintain risk-based cycle-count program; coordinate recounts and variance reviews.
• Monitor receipts, transfers, returns, and postings; reconcile in-transit inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouses/3PLs; escalate issues affecting fulfillment or reporting.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO and lot traceability; support recalls and product holds with Quality.
• Maintain inventory KPI dashboards; write procedures and train teammates.
