Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Associate in Norcross, GA. You will audit inventory, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy across daily order processing within a growing team.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar), and strong attention to detail. Role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, auditing, or inventory reconciliation in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency using inventory management, ERP, or sales order systems (e.g., Oracle or similar software).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies accurately.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely; certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze inventory data, maintain accurate records, and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, product tracking, and inventory movement.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams.
• Knowledge of construction or industrial products is a plus; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to balance systems during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments and discrepancies; ensure internal control procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy; follow up on prior adjustments; review cycle counts.
• Maintain time control tables aligned with base tables and allocations.
• Receive products from vendors; check quality; report issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality control and inventory manuals.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Follow company safety policy and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
