Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory control, or related disciplines.
• 1+ years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle R12.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support 3PL performance and service levels.
• Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on levels, turns, shortages, excess.
• Investigate inbound receiving discrepancies with suppliers and warehouse staff.
• Coordinate cycle count activities and annual physical inventories.
• Maintain ABC/XYZ inventory classifications for planning.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning, operations, and customer service.
• Ensure inventory transactions comply with SOX and LOA guidelines.
• Support audits by gathering documentation and validating records.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for inventory accuracy and process efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with returns processing and inventory disposition.
