Red V Foods is a growing coconut food manufacturer based in Buford, GA. We're a close-knit team of fewer than 50 people, which means your work is visible, your ideas get heard, and you'll help shape how we operate as we scale. If you like rolling up your sleeves and building systems that last, you'll fit right in.
The Role
We're hiring an Inventory Specialist to own inventory accuracy across our warehouses and third-party logistics (3PL) partners. You'll reconcile physical inventory against our ERP (Infor LN), run cycle counts, investigate variances, and drive root-cause fixes. You'll report to our Supply Chain Manager and work closely with Warehouse Operations, Production, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service and Finance.
Location: Buford, GA (on-site, full-time) Pay: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Inventory accuracy and reconciliation: Reconcile physical counts and warehouse/3PL reports with Infor LN by item, lot, quantity, location and status. Investigate shortages, overages and mislocated stock, and prepare documented inventory adjustments for approval.
- Cycle counts and physical inventories: Maintain a risk-based cycle-count program, coordinate recounts and variance reviews, and support quarterly and year-end physical inventories.
- Transactions and material flow: Monitor receipts, transfers, returns, production issues and shipments for timely, accurate posting. Reconcile in-transit inventory and compare material consumption against work orders and bills of material (BOMs).
- Warehouse and 3PL coordination: Serve as the primary inventory-control contact for assigned warehouses and 3PL partners, and escalates issues affecting fulfillment, traceability or financial reporting.
- Stock rotation, traceability and holds: Monitor FIFO/FEFO, report aging, short-dated, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, maintain lot traceability, support mock recalls, and coordinate product holds with Quality.
- Reporting and continuous improvement: Maintain inventory KPI dashboards (accuracy, count completion, open variances, aging), write procedures and work instructions, and train teammates and warehouse partners.

- Hands-on experience with cycle counting, physical inventories and inventory reconciliation
- Working knowledge of ERP or WMS transactions and lot/location controls
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables and reconciliation analysis

- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
