Job summary

RS Integrated Supply seeks a skilled on-site storeroom assistant in Atlanta to handle receiving, stocking, issuing, and inventory accuracy. You will interact with clients, perform cycle counting, and use ERP software to track inventory and fulfill Kanban requests.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety procedures, maintaining documentation, and providing professional service to internal and external customers while complying with SOPs and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office, Inventory systems).
• Ability to learn part identification and use ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow site safety and security procedures and report hazards.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
• Receive, stock, issue, and track inventory in ERP systems.
• Unpack, verify, and log received materials and issue materials to clients.
• Maintain storeroom organization and inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts.
