Job summary

White Cap is hiring an Inventory Control Associate to join our on-site team in Norcross, GA. You will audit inventory, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy while collaborating with warehouse and purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Proficiency with inventory management and ERP systems; forklift certification preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to balance systems during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments, and discrepancies per procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete cycle counts.
• Receive products from vendors and communicate quality issues to buyers.
• Follow safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate across warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams.
