Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Managed Implementation Consultant to support client implementations with a focus on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution in Rochester, NY. The role collaborates with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services to ensure successful project outcomes and timely go-lives.

The candidate will onboard client data, drive projects to completion, and identify opportunities for additional MIS engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
3+ years of Customer Service or customer interfacing role.
2+ years in HCM consultation or benefits/payroll/HR.
Prior Paylocity system knowledge required.
CPP certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Paylocity tools and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Strong organizational, time management skills and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist with client implementations with a focus on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution.
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Identify opportunities for additional Managed Implementation Services (MIS) based on client needs.
Drive projects to completion, ensuring go-live dates are met.
Play a key role in onboarding client data during the implementation process.
