Paylocity in Lake Mary, FL seeks an Implementation Consultant to partner with clients during onboarding, design customized configurations, and manage data conversion for efficient go-lives.

You will guide moderate-to-complex clients, ensure accurate data migration, and provide proactive post-implementation support while collaborating with internal teams. Bachelor's degree required; 1+ year in client-facing roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of Customer Service or Client interfacing role.
• Client Centric Approach: strong customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel for data manipulation.
• Resourcefulness to solve obstacles while meeting project requirements.
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients during implementation to ensure exceptional experiences.
• Provide smooth post-implementation support, system maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Assist with data migration, data mapping, and data validation for HCM data integration.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements for payroll, HR, time, and labor functions.
• Review configuration with clients to ensure alignment with needs and optimal system use.
• Coordinate with sales, product SMEs and project managers to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot and escalate implementation issues as needed.
