Paylocity, a cloud-based HR and payroll software leader, seeks a Managed Implementation Consultant in Meridian, ID. The role focuses on data migration, validation, and test payroll while collaborating with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful go-live dates.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in a customer-facing role, and 2+ years in HCM consultation or payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years in HCM consultation, payroll, or HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge required.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Paylocity tools and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client implementations focusing on data migration, validation, and test payroll.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services for project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional Managed Implementation Services based on client needs.
• Drive projects to completion and meet go-live dates.
• Onboard client data during the implementation process.
