Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Managed Implementation Consultant to support client implementations with a strong focus on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure project success and timely go-lives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in customer-facing work, and Paylocity system knowledge. On-site in Schaumburg, IL with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in a Customer Service or client-facing role.
• 2+ years in HCM consultation or benefits/payroll/HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge required.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client implementations focusing on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional Managed Implementation Services based on client needs.
• Drive projects to completion, ensuring go-live dates are met.
• Onboard client data during the implementation process.
