This 100% in-office role emphasizes data migration, validation, and test payroll, working with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services to ensure successful go-lives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in customer-facing roles and 2+ years in HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer service or customer-facing role.
• 2+ years in HCM consultation, benefits/payroll/HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge required.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Paylocity tools and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, time management skills, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client implementations focusing on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services to ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities for additional Managed Implementation Services based on client needs.
• Drive projects to completion, ensuring go-live dates are met.
• Play a key role in onboarding client data during the implementation process.
