Job summary

Paylocity is a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll solutions in the United States. The Implementation Consultant I role focuses on discovery, system configurations, accurate data conversion, and smooth onboarding to maximize value for clients.

You will balance legacy data, validate configurations, and provide proactive support throughout the implementation lifecycle, collaborating with sales, product SMEs, and project managers to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Customer Service or Customer interfacing role.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software.
• Project management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as our clients trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the implementation process.
• Provide a smooth transition and post-implementation support, including system maintenance and issue resolution.
• Assist clients in data migration, data mapping, and data validation for accurate data integration.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for the HCM functions (payroll, HR, time and labor).
• Review configuration with client to ensure alignment with needs and optimize utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues and escalate as needed.
