Paylocity, a leader in cloud-based HR and payroll software, seeks an Implementation Consultant II to partner with clients through moderately complex deployments. You will lead discovery sessions, design configurations, and ensure accurate data conversion and smooth onboarding.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, client relationship skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In-office role at Lake Mary, FL with no remote option.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Customer Service or customer-facing role.
• 3+ years in HCM consultation or benefits/payroll/HR.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 2+ years HCM implementation or 3+ years HCM/Payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor during implementation for moderately complex clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to design customized configurations for efficiency.
• Assist with data migration, mapping, and validation for accurate integration.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements related to payroll, HR, time & labor.
• Review configurations with clients to ensure alignment with needs.
• Coordinate with sales, product SMEs, and project managers to ensure quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues and escalate when needed.
• Provide guidance on HCM best practices and change management.
