Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support a hyperscale data center project in Spartanburg, SC. This on-site role involves leading multi-stakeholder teams through preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

The successful candidate will manage scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality, coordinating with owners, design teams, contractors, utilities, and commissioning agents to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• 4+ years in PM/Asst PM role on projects ≥$50M.
• Experience across preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout.
• Strong scheduling, contract administration, and project controls knowledge.
• OSH A 10 or 30 certification required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects from concept to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to meet objectives.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight across all project phases.
• Coordinate among architects, engineers, contractors, utilities, and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, track action items, report status.
