Cold Air Rentals is seeking a Sales Professional based in Gastonia, NC to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with mechanical contractors and facility managers, and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through closing. The role requires proactive outreach, accurate quotes, and coordination with operations for timely delivery.

You will educate customers on temperature control solutions, visit job sites as needed, and maintain detailed records in the CRM.

Qualificações

• Experience in HVAC, construction, facilities management, rental equipment, or related industry is strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of temperature control equipment and services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills with pipeline management and quotes/contracts accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach to potential clients in-person, by phone, and by email to generate new business.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on proposals to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and coordinate with operations for equipment availability and delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, facility managers, and other target customers.
• Monitor local market trends and participate in networking events to expand opportunities.
