FirstCall Mechanical is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to grow HVAC service and maintenance revenues in Charlotte, NC. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with facility leaders, and convert them into long‑term service agreements.

The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, service agreements, and recurring revenue, with travel to customer sites and collaboration with operations. You will work with a nationwide team and support business growth at FirstCall Mechanical.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of progressive sales experience in HVAC, facilities, or related industries.
• Experience selling HVAC service agreements or recurring maintenance solutions.
• Ability to identify and close new business opportunities with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and advance opportunities through the sales process.
• Conduct discovery meetings with Facility Directors, Property Managers, and Building Owners.
• Present and negotiate proposals to close service agreements and maintenance contracts.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
