Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial or commercial HVAC and mechanical maintenance preferred.
• Refrigerant license and EPA Universal certification preferred.
• Technical trade school training in HVAC or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC and controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with technicians and operators on repairs and installations.
• Perform physically demanding tasks and use hand tools safely.
