Job summary

JLL seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician in Holdrege, NE to ensure the reliability and safety of the client facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and complete repairs on critical equipment, supporting a safe and efficient on-site environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial/commercial HVAC and mechanical maintenance, with refrigerant licensing and BAS/CMMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in industrial/commercial HVAC and mechanical maintenance.
• Refrigerant License or EPA Universal certification preferred.
• Trade school program in HVAC or related field preferred.
• Experience with BAS or CMMS systems desired.
• Proficient in piping, valves and filtration systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain building HVAC and critical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with technicians and operators on major repairs and installations.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, ladders, and rooftops.
• Operate hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and vehicles safely.
