Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Texas is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair facility systems onsite. The role emphasizes operating, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical and related equipment onsite, with a focus on safety and reliability to support client occupancy.

You will work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with contractors, document work in the CMMS, and respond to emergencies while upholding JLL's service standards and safety

Qualifications

• Must wear proper PPE during all tasks.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and site personnel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
• Proficient with computer applications, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and related equipment onsite.
• Monitor contractor work quality and ensure safety standards are met.
• Record readings, inspections and report issues affecting client occupancy.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with Facility Management.
