Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair facility systems across assigned buildings. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, multi-skill competency, and delivering reliable service for client occupancy.

You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical and plumbing, manage readings, coordinate with outside contractors, and assist during emergencies, while ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and safety awareness.
• Experience with PPE and safe work practices.
• High school diploma and trade schooling are required; four years in electrician or HVAC field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work on facility systems.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical distribution and plumbing systems.
• Document readings and adjust equipment for proper operation.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist Facilities team during emergencies and safety incidents.
