Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or related technical field.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated capacity to diagnose complex system issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation controls according to scheduled maintenance plans.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques; prioritize by safety and impact.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, safety equipment, and structural components to identify potential problems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records using CMMS to track trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and major maintenance projects.
