The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial HVAC service, universal CFC certification, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs or 5 years military experience with HVAC work.
• Certification in universal CFC is required.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance and basic repairs on building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on HVAC, pumps, motors, and electrical/controls systems.
• Identify energy savings opportunities through system and operational adjustments.
• Plan work assignments with minimal supervision and support other trades as needed.
