Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an HSSE Manager to be the on-site focal point for HSSE requirements on a Minneapolis account. You will lead safety training, inspections, incident response, and regulatory compliance across site teams.

You will develop and maintain training matrices, analyze trends, and collaborate with JLL HSSE teams to share best practices while supporting ISO certifications and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of HSSE experience.

Responsibilities

• Become the primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for the business.
• Lead development and refinement of JLL’s HSSE culture and training programs on the account.
• Provide technical expertise and support on HSSE regulatory compliance issues; drive investigations and corrective actions.
