Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HSSE Manager to lead on-site safety program management at our Thornton, CO location. You will serve as the primary HSSE contact for the ADT account, guiding regulatory compliance, training, incident response, and environmental practices on site.

This role emphasizes rigorous safety leadership, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration with account leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HSSE experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety tools, techniques, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HSSE contact for the ADT account.
• Lead the development and refinement of JLL's HSSE culture and training programs.
• Provide expertise on regulatory compliance and ISO-related issues.
• Manage trend analysis and KPI reporting for HSSE performance.
• Investigate serious safety events and implement corrective actions.
• Support environmental compliance per MSA/SOW and assist ISO certification efforts.
