Job summary

JLL is seeking a Health, Safety, Security and Environment Manager to oversee on-site HSSE program management, ensure compliance, and support training and incident response for a life sciences/account setting. You will engage with account and client teams to drive safety performance and culture, while maintaining documentation and certifications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years HSSE experience in high hazard environments, with up to 30% travel and on-site work in

Qualifications

• BS/BA in safety or related field required.
• 5+ years HSSE experience in high hazard environments expected.
• Knowledge of standards, legislation and procedures relevant to HSSE.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary HSSE contact for the account and report HSSE results to leaders.
• Lead development and refinement of HSSE culture and training on the account.
• Provide expertise on regulatory compliance and training program support.
• Maintain account HSSE procedures, documentation and records.
• Support ISO 45001 & 14001 management system activities.
• Assist investigations of serious safety events and communicate lessons learned.
