Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, and HSSE legislation.
• Experience developing and implementing HSSE programs with measurable results.
• Ability to conduct incident investigations, risk assessments, and audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSSE management systems across sites.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, implement corrective actions.
• Deliver HSSE training programs for employees at all levels.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance strategies.
• Collaborate with facilities teams, vendors, and contractors to maintain HSSE standards.
• Prepare reports and dashboards tracking HSSE performance indicators.
