Job summary

JLL is seeking an on-site Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Manager to join the Account Team. You will focus on program management, training delivery, incident response, and regulatory compliance, ensuring site teams meet JLL and client requirements.

You will develop HSSE culture and training programs, provide strategic leadership, and maintain the training matrix while collaborating with the Life Sciences HSSE group. Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of HSSE experience in high hazard/risk environments.
• Knowledge of health and safety tools, techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to travel for up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Become the primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities.
• Lead development and refinement of HSSE culture and training programs on the account.
• Provide expertise on HSSE regulatory compliance issues.
• Ensure maintenance of the account training matrix.
• Collaborate with JLL HSSE Life Sciences team to share best practices.
• Manage trend analysis to adjust management systems as needed.
• Provide KPIs and risk indicators to teams.
• Lead investigations of serious safety events and drive corrective actions.
