Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Occupational Health & Safety required.
• CHST or similar HSE certification preferred.
• EM-385 certification beneficial.
• 10+ years in construction HSE with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Informs project teams of HSE requirements and verifies compliance across subcontractors, engineering, and construction personnel.
• Develops and maintains HSE training plans and site-specific training material.
• Leads accident investigations, documents root causes, and issues corrective actions.
• Coordinates audits and regulatory inspections ensuring timely reports and legal defense readiness.
• Implements Environmental Management Plan and related environmental controls.
